I am sure there's some type of charity intervention in your area, whether it's through a church, non-profit or the government.

I'm hoping for divine intervention here with regards to timing since it would be great to sell the building in the near future and 1031 in the lesser near future when hopefully prices have come down. 

I'm trying to decide how best to utilize that money in order to work towards my goal (of 3k-5k in "passive" monthly income).I keep putting passive in quotes because I'm ok with something that might require some kind of intervention here and there, but presumably not much.

So, I'm not in need of professional interventions, but I'm hardly proactive in my interactions.

But, many of those who claim to be conservative are all for government intervention on this issue.They claim to be conservative, but they have very liberal attitudes towards some issues that are important to their religious leaders.This just leads me to believe that many people have no consistent political ideologies, they just have religious ideologies, and they are willing to sell out their political beliefs in a heartbeat if it means satisfying their religious doctrine.While there's nothing inherently wrong with that, I find it funny that many of them like to "bash" liberals, without realizing that they are just as liberal when it comes to some issues...in other words, it becomes bad when it creates hypocritical actions and words...

So we have artificially low interest rates, and artificially lax lending requirements thanks to the federal governments  intervention. 

Well, out in LA County where I live, a lot of people are still in denial and/or hanging on thanks to federal intervention and/or slow-moving banks.

. ________ has utilized multiple forms of treatment intervention to manage their symptoms, and is presently attending regular therapy sessions.

Politicians are not stupid and they rallied around housing with a massive injection by the Fed that was far-reaching and swift.Some say the government intervention will only fuel hyperinflation if that is the case, then real estate is one of the few places you will want to be invested so as an investment I don't see that argument as a negative.
