Marginal views are more of an amenity, but with an incredible view, people are willing to pay extra and they are looking specifically for that epic view experience.  

Any general advice, particularly for someone who’s relatively new to managing multiple properties, would be incredibly helpful.Thanks in advance for your insights!

And the demand is only going to increase incredibly over the next two decades due to demographics and lack of supply and building.
