Do people put exercise equipment like treadmill or stationary bike in their mid term rentals?

If you sold and rebought the identical condo in the same building your cost basis would be the new higher cost, so you’ve captured all the gains tax free.  

My only suggestion with Zillow is to TRIPLE check the persons Identity (Have them show you their driver license during a showing), Call their last landlord, and call their employer.

Maryland LLCs are public information.Why would you want to hide your identity from your tenants?

For $295, you can buy a fake identity including id, selfie, tax return, utility bills, credit file, even a phone number where someone will verify employment.

I’m licensed in NJ and the practice exams had identical questions to the actual test.

And if anyone says a GC doesn't have nearly as much $ tied up into assets, lol, tell em they couldn't be more wrong, I had way more in tools and equipment then any 2 properties cost whole $ but when factor against just the capital outlay.... my shop and all equipment was roughly 12 if not 15,20 properties worth of "stuff". 

I'm trying to avoid having each tenant wanting to come and install their own equipment each time there's turnover.

Each unit comes equipped with 3 bed, 2 bath, attached 2 car garage, quartz countertops, advanced soundproofing, 2x6 exterior construction, premium vinyl siding / Provia stone masonry, 5/8" drywall, separate concrete driveways, LVP Durato flooring, and a fenced-in backyard for pets / family.

I've had the idea to either equip the tract with a foundational tiny home, reverse the subdivision and build an ADU, or just build a smaller home on the currently subdivided lot.
