First: humans are very bad at judging risk and people on this site are not immune from that. 

I do realize I will have to use institutional money at times but it's not going to stop me from trying to help out another human being.

I used to be into scaling as quickly as humanly possible but realized that the greatest asset is freedom of time.

i bought property at tax sale auction in Dekalb county Georgia, over 12 months ago, now i am doing barment,  i published ad news paper,  i sent 30 days notices to ex owners and all parties might have interest,  and the property now it empty / unoccupied.my question is: if 30 days notice expired and no body redeemed, can i enter the property and start to fix / repair the property, and rent it??

There are humans out there that will happily share their experience, strength and risk management, find those people in your local market.

I wouldn't have gone this far, done what I have done, and Accomplished what I have accomplished if it wasn't for the mentorship/university.I have made paraplegic people walk again.The research I did, and the things I/we have invented have made an eternal impact on humanity.

Sooooo what's the hourly rate of the human and dog who will live in and watch the house 24/7?
