electrical upgrades , plumbing,kitchen, roofing, shower, sewer,windows, doors, appliances.. plus I add the first 6month on the loan.My concern is that $18k as leftover in the escrow it should go back to the principal and I only got $15K the bank said that the rest is towards mortgage payments… ???

Its been great while working in the house with the rehab, however I am concerned with a Tennant taking advantage of this: smoking inside, not opening the windows while running it causing a backdraft from other appliances like the water heater which would cause it not able to vent to the outside properly, and I'm sure there are others.

Tree work, sewer line replacement/ repair, driveway repair, electrical main service replacement, HVAC, plumbing (galvanized/ polybutylene/ lead pipes failing/ water damage/ mold), garbage disposals, appliances are only made to last 3-5 years anymore, even handy people want $65/hr now, etc.
