I live 20 minutes from my properties , I ride by them frequently

A service call I have to pay for, this time for nothing.I have one agent telling me to do everything to get rid of him to avoid months of issues and another agent telling me to ride out the lease and then refuse to renew.

My two businesses are gameified, and I am just as excited sometimes as I was as a child when I was riding my bike to buy used computer parts using my friends piggybank money (my first OPM lol) and then sell a working computer for a profit!

It is like having training wheels on a bike when you learn to ride.   

This way you don't need any loans, you get to grow your equity/experience/income with every house, and the passive investors get your time/dedication/growing expertise/energy/and an inflation resistant investment. people want good investments, the Horse, but they mostly judge that by the earnestness/ambition/expertise of the Jockey. good luck :)

In other words, I don't have a horse in this race.  

If you know there is a reverse mortgage, it would help to ask about the parameters right away so you don't waste time beating a dead horse.
