Think about what you can do to get started, then expand to more areas of responsibility or to more quantity.

Spend time honing down your list and don't focus so much on the quantity.

How much margin depends largely on the quality of the asset and the consistency (not just quantity) of the cash flows it throws off even in bad times.

You need to be consistent and send large quantities to be successful.
