actually i ended up signing up for the plus membership here, the calculator tools are just to good to pass up for 90 dollars a year. makes things incredibly clearer i highly recommend the plus membership at the minimum

After listening (and continuing to listen) to numerous podcasts, and watching several webinars, I decided to upgrade to PRO membership. 

The only issue is a $35K membership fee.

I've applied to become a Realtor through ACAR, my local Realtor branch, and I'd like to know how long it generally takes for them to approve a new member.

I don't think they would know you are crowdfunding the deal since the "crowdfunding" should show up as an entity on you membership.

The second would be to change the membership configuration if you are not in a community property state so that there is only one (1) member in the limited liability company so that it would be considered a disregarded entity.  

I would have to see the address and site with price.If you want to place on here for sale you would need to upgrade to plus or pro membership and put in the marketplace section. 

Another suggestion made to us is that if we (husband and wife) in joint tenancy own the membership interest of the LLC (instead as 2 individual), would the LLC be considered a single member LLC and thus become a disregarded entity? 

Do you think Pro Membership is worth it?

Goign to the free seminar, then the 1k seminar and then eventually paying the 20k for the "membership" focused my wife and I and pushed us in the REI direction.
