I don’t see how there’s not major real estate groups not suing over it really violates the landlords rights, and my question is if the governors want it that bad why are they not telling the banks they can’t forclose or assign late fees.

Due to the Governor's order you may be stuck with these tenants for quite some time yet! 

In my state the governor just shut down indoor seating for bars and restaurants.  

Governor Wolfe has been trying for years to get it included but no luck yet.

The governor has issued new executive orders across the board, including how non-payment of rent is handled. 

Although AZ STR laws are favorable now, there have been rumblings for a long time about pressuring the governor to allow cities to enact their own restrictions. 

So on top of the 60 day notice the governor decreed, I now have to have an attorney prepare and send them a 120 day notice that I'm selling the house, my only way to get them out.
