Even if a family has high coverage, the insurance adjusters still want the lowest option so it's important to also be competitive. 

I like the product but their policies drowning them down in competition.

There is a lot more competition than before. 

For doing an STR well the larger properties are best and it needs to stand out amongst competition to perform well. 

Then you have a competitive advantage.

Hello AllI am a business management executive for a large global company, and we (my wife and I) are getting into local real estate investing primarily within LA county, IE, OC and Riverside area.

For me local real estate is where I think I have a competitive advantage. 

Also, you have a lot of competition with Disney and Universal properties.I always stay at a Disney property to take advantage of the included transportation to easily park hop and not deal with having to drive and park.

Just know there’s a lot of competition, so you’ll need to stay consistent.
