If so, any one have experience doing so in a way that does not accumulate a lot of transfer fees?

Hi all, I wanted to see if anyone here has experience in condo conversions in the city of Beverly Hills.

I have experience with Quickbooks Online (Intuit bookkeeper), Xero (ProAdvisor), RentRedi, BuilderTrend and more. 

I have a lot of personal experience with BRRRR—both from building my own rental portfolio here in Memphis, TN and from helping both local and out-of-state investors successfully scale their portfolios using this strategy.One of the biggest advantages I’ve been able to offer my clients is structuring deals with hard money lenders in a way that allows them to acquire properties with less than $10,000 out of pocket in most cases which results them in massive cash on cash returns!

I’m not super experience but I do have a couple rentals.

I’m a serial entrepreneur with experience in the tech and food distribution industries, now diving into real estate investment to build cash flow and long-term equity.

Those that tend to have a bad experience, is typically tied to poor Sponsor selection or offering selection.

I'm a young agent and investor and in no way saying I've made it and have more experience / knowledge than many of those leaders on here.

My problem i is my market is super expensive if I stay in the nyc area and I don’t have the confidence since I don’t have any actual experience to invest out of state do you guys think paying off my mortgage would be more beneficial than looking for more rentals .
