Hello,I apologize, but I will have to disagree based upon my experience. 

On that thread most Landlords ( Housing providers) disagreed with her thought process and though to spend money lobbying this was not warranted.

Now many younger more tech savvy investors here may disagree but I am old which makes me old school. 

I disagree.

Secondly- I disagree with some of the advice above.

We have shaken the trees as much as possible but from the Board of Commissioners, Director of Public Works, Manager of Building Dept to the assigned plan examiner, they have closed ranks on us and given us the boilerplate response of "you're in line, wait your turn."

He/she just needs to provide the landlord with documentation of the abuse from licensed health care services and licensed mental health services who examined or evaluated the victim and/or law enforcement incident report, or protective order signed by the judge.The tenant dies.When the tenant who lives alone in the rented property dies, the representative of his/her estate can terminate the lease agreement early.

If you examine all of these questions, which we all read every day, there are a couple of apparent things missing that make them impossible to answer:1. skin in the game2. research done before posting3. why the poster is asking (background)4. camaraderie (just give me what I want, I have nothing to offer)

Some attorneys support some disagree... who to trust and believe ???
