Every state has different laws regarding a notice to terminate/non renewal of lease.

I talked to Padsplit and they manage SFHs renting each room to different tenants - the total rent is more than renting it out to one household.

Where can I find the info on how you group the different neighborhoods into classes? 

We are in 11 unique markets, and each has slightly different numbers. 

In addition, some states have different regulations tooI'm sure that someone that specializes in Insurance can give more insight into what is and isnt necessary or best for our properties.

Other loans might be a little bit different.
