Right now I have my VA calling on Craigslist ads, I'm putting window stickers on peoples cars with my phone number that say we buy houses-ish, some mailers about 200/week not earth shaking, needle moving....lol

Here on Earth....if you are paying the asking price that would be the cost.

We have another thing that makes the US the greatest country on earth and that is the freedom to pilot our own machines virtually anywhere anytime in the US.. and you could not get much prettier place in the US to fly than your neck of the woods...

I'll take 4 seasons, a 2500 sqft home on 2 acres for $200K, a down to earth girl, clean air, and 100 yards of open highway in front of me and my V8 every day.  

Depending on your age and goals.. you will want to find a stand that is 30 to 50 year old.. so that in 20 to 40 years its mature.. professionally replanted stands  are best as the BF per acre at maturity will be much higher than a naturally seeded site.Excessive slope will mean higher logging costs so don't buy a property that is as steep as a cows face although no parcels are flat. or generally thats correct.Google earth is your friend.. and you can see a lot on arials...

Believe it or not, I've been thinking of how I want to live the remaining years of my life on this earth.

Plenty of room to get some properties when these prices come back down to Earth.

The standard is to test in the basement, and the radon levels change as the earth moves, so they recommend retesting every 3 years.
