I am looking to wholesaling as a way for me to pay for schooling, so there is my motivation.I have mainly been working towards gaining context and shadowing my father and uncle, now I need to take action.Again, would like advice/insight.

Just shadowing somebody in the whole deal/contract process.

I just got started in wholesaling and I'm looking for a mentor and/or someone to shadow.

I 've been analyzing several deals lately, however, it would help to have some experience in helping someone or shadowing someone who's buying a property.

You should read up a little more and shadow a successful wholesaler in your area.

I am looking for an established investor in the DC metro area who would be willing to let me "shadow," a word used in the medical world that basically means learning by tagging along with an actual physician.  

Best bet is to not keep them in the dark until the last minute in case your unit is not ready in time.

If you are from Richmond or know anyone from around here who would be willing to chat with me and possibly let me shadow or something like that to learn that would be awesome!
