I honestly didn't even get to thought of how at least 50% of agent's are probably in a corner crying right now wondering what they will do, or calling Starbucks to see if they can get there job back, lol. 

There are definatly some bad contractors out there , jut like any other business , car dealers , flippers who cut corners , mechanics , etc .  

Very modern and no corners were cut.

@David Friedman I love this.You have huge parking options.You have two arts and cultural destinations there.I think your idea of attracting a restaurant is a great idea to help with the place making of that corner.

You can type solar in the magnifying glass in the top corner and find enough threads to waste a day or two on. 

There is street access because it's a corner lot.This would be my first new contstruction....my plan is to sell my current home (family issues, forced to sell) and move into one of the units as a primary residence for a year or 2 before leasing it.Question is - What is the order of operation to start the project...   

Parking is a big issue so generally you want to be on a corner lot, or cul de sac.
