It makes perfect sense that people would be more open to sharing their network when they don’t feel like they’re being sold to.

They will end up being sold before they are built with the demand.

It seems like PSI has grown, a couple landscape companies that way either sold or partnered with PSI because these landscape companies no longer do snow removal and refer people to PSI.  

Real Estate plus the business would be a stronger package, sold as a business vs. just the real estate.

The problem is, none of it is based on actual comps, and again, the word "cute" doesn't have anything to do with setting those numners.What you need to do is a full analysis of the comps for both rent and sold in your area.
