When I do a scope of work, I am very careful to actually create a spreadsheet with the exact products, SKU numbers, quantities, product name, color, which big box store, and often a picture or link of what I want.

Then be able to leave the property and cash flow so you can have a clean slate and go on to your next property with flying colors.

It requires open, notorious, hostile use under color of title for a continuous 10 year period. 

Same framer in Charleston was 15 bucks. our painter is 2 to 2.25 a foot in and out 3 colors and includes paint..

But I am very bullish on stock ownership, especially the large tech companies which colors my thinking.Stocks have been on fire lately.
