I tend to over research, which is one of the reasons I love notes.  

If (**redacting name of PM co**) Contracting would like to share the actual cost of repairs I'd be open to looking at those numbers as a reasonable cost.

However, for some reason I wouldn't feel badly at all selling to the highest bidder)-The other is worth maybe 525, owe $240K on it at 2.85%, and am currently renting it for 2250.  

That seems reasonable and realistic, especially given the parabolic inflation during this hold time. 

When I first started, they said I would get results if I just followed their instructions and got indoctrinated in the principles of mindset.They told me, that people actually don't learn from books, courses, sermons or watching videos, but by having a "relationship" with a coach or mentor.   

If the neighbor owns a dog or has other reason that even a temporary dismantling could be problematic, you'll want to let them know that the fence is being replaced so they can mitigate any damage to your property or crew while it is being replaced.Hope this helps...

The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying.

The next tour was much more favorable.My suggestion on CURB APPEAL - keep curb appeal reasonable for greatest success. 

While we are not tax professionals ourselves, we do share how we ourselves have made millions and paid very little taxes along the wayAlso @Eli Edwards A network of relocation specialists is not a reason to invest in a course.  

The laws are off-putting but I don't think that's a real reason not to invest there.
