I only know what you confess about being a confrontational person and having an ex-con/bully neighbor and I relate with that.It's a tough situation, no doubt...but, please don't dismiss the other responses because of their judgement or wording, they mostly make total sense and are offering you the path of least resistance and highest probability of safety and success in the long term.I'm not saying give up your warrior spirit, just reminding you that in war, warriors die and more often, innocent civilians(like your family).

The only one I would guess is inhabitable is Under Contract.Please do refer back and ask us questions if you have any about the buying process or possible options that might expand your search.
