I've raked up a backyard and filled up 4 full sized 50 gallon trash bags of poop after a tenant only being there 1 year (so yeah, I've seen some sh**,  pun intended).The dog isn't necessarily a deal breaker, but you should for sure get a decent sized non-refundable pet fee up front, plus an extra monthly fee that will cover the renovations to put the place back together when they leave.

They're practical, and tell you what's really a "deal breaker" and what's not.

The lender approval will be a tie breaker.

Hi @Attila Bertalan ,I know for sure, in certain states, Travelers will write a home policy for a property that has some knob and tube as long as it is in good condition and there is a breaker box.

Unless they must have access to breakers ect. you could still just lock it.

What are some deal breakers when working with a Realtor?

I am a registered nurse but cut way back on work last year and she said thats the deal breaker.      

Check the light bulb first... if that doesn't remedy the issue check to see if all the flickering is on the same circuit if it is, you only need to fix one loose connection... if they're not chances are you're going to be tightening the wires in a LOT of junction boxes.A bathroom floor that's caving in does NOT sound like a simple fix in my opinion.

I'm unsure if this is a deal breaker or not.
