Needing a private lender option in Roswell, NM

Hi guys,

Thank you in advance for all the help. Everyone here is so helpful. Here is my situation - I own 2 properties outright that are positive cash flowing right now and I tried borrowing or COR one. I have 70,000 all in and its valued at 130k. I applied for a loan with a local bank after going through numerous channels with the major bans and finding out that was not an option. This local bank said my numbers looked good and it should be fine to get a 70-80% LTV .

I had a home picked and an offer accepted - waited 3 weeks to get off their butt, give me the run around, and then tell me no 2 days before the offer deadline on the house.  I am a registered nurse but cut way back on work last year and she said thats the deal breaker.

I think I have exhausted all my options and its starting to mentally exhaust me - I am hoping someone here can give me insight or provide any other options I might have.  I really appreciate you all - thank you!

Burt
