I’ve seen some horribly unethical behavior by agents and brokers before who go to church every Sunday.

Example if you have a building with a clean phase one and nothing but a school and a church around it the lender might not do anything further.

It is no longer a couple or small family situation that normally books a 1 or 2 bedroom cabin, but rather an extended family, church group, other types of groups, etc... and just based on the different individuals schedule of all the parties included, it would be hard to do a lot of last minute booking I would think.  

I have a friend from my church who has suffered both financially and in her marriage relationship because they had to move from their apartment to a new apartment IN THE SAME COMPLEX. 

I tapped into my personal network from church, work, and Linkedin to ask around about multifamily.

So I facebook stalked her a bit and realized we went to the same church, I joined her bible class :) got to talk to her more, invited her to lunch.

The church member who bugs you with the way they sing, who asks more questions than the police and who invites himself to things he is not invited to.
