Think about it: most of them are able-bodied adults who choose to live (mostly) free off the backs of others rather than contribute to society.Rent payments are usually steady, but Section 8 tenants took a lot more work upfront, throughout their tenancy and at the end of their tenancy.

I do not think options 1 and 2 are mutually exclusive, in fact I think you should do both.

Also, I would want to see Line 14 SE shown as 0 no matter whether it's reported as Line 1 income or Line 4 guaranteed payments.Good luck in pursuing with AHP if you choose to go that route.

There seems to be a bit of hostility here from the contractors, and this was really just a question so I could better understand and more easily work with contractors.This question was for a first-time encounter with a new contractor not recommended to me by anyone I know.I am happy to give weekly checks for progress, purchase all materials upfront including all the fittings, nails, caulk, and whatever else the contractor chooses.
