All I know, and now think of when I think of LB, is I had the best grilled cheese sandwich of my life at one of those trucks!

Books like Who Moved My Cheese by Spencer Johnson, The Cashflow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki, and then business books like E-Myth by Michael Gerber.

However if you're in the hood where evictions and non payment of rent are an everyday occurrence that guaranteed government cheese is mighty nice.

And before anyone decries "cabal, CABAL, they did it to us" let me ask you, if a person opens a restaurant serving double bacon cheese burgers and other cholesterol rich foods, is it a cabal to serve health endangering foods, are they with secret mission to kill people, or are they simply serving something people really like, line-up to buy, giving the people what the people want as evidenced by the people "voting" with their consumer actions?

We also have to think about the concept “who moved the cheese?” 

Who moved my cheese?!

They appear to have been in place for years since the wood is almost swiss cheese.

(I may not be saying this well, please forgive me.)In my opinion it is better to pare down your holdings and have them support themselves than for you to be eating mac and cheese every night to keep it all afloat hoping for appreciation and pay downs to make it all "right".

back in the 60s  when life was so much easier.the corn sweeter the cheese at the farm out of this world.. and of course all the other great food out your way..
