You are trying to do everything starting out - Invest, Flip, Sell and do BRRR.My advice would be to focus on one for your first year.Your search criteria is too broad - Orange park and Jacksonville.Pick a neighborhood or a zipcode within each city and focus on that area.Don't use a wholesaler for your first deal.
