instead place a subscribe that will capture their name and email so you can bombard them daily with email solicitations (jk, don't do it daily!)

I'm being bombarded with customers who obtained high ltv, no income verification, and limited documentation 2 - 3 year ARMS that are now due.

These sellers are bombarded with pitches, mail pieces, etc, to sell their property and people forget their human beings also.

I will pick a street or neighborhood that I know I want to buy a house in, then search each specific address looking to see where the owner lives, and if they are out of state I send them a letter.I will send once to twice a month to the same addresses, so as to not bombard them with what they may perceive as 'junk mail'.

Mentors are bombarded with people who want to take from them.

I'm sure what will happen if the govt. attempts to restrain trade, that they will be bombarded with protest and won't be able to hire enough housing cops, since there will become a bigger underground property trade than already exists.

I am currently deploying so I've given myself this year to prepare and to learn as much material as possible on my own instead of bombarding pros with questions.

@Sterling White  fact is there are plenty of CA OR And WA areas that are every bit as affordable as mid west... and compare apples to apples with those markets.You just don't have a turn key industry bombarding LA based investors with that product.

So the contracts that are worth going after are being bombarded with 500-600 contracts weekly!!
