I've always felt a predatory nature around the comment of "blood in the streets"... but I get it the sentiment. 

They are projecting blood in the streets.

If someone is renting out rooms in their  home to multiple people two people to a room which are not related by blood only employed at the owners company is this the same as operating a rooming or boarding house? 

Or possibly even replace some subfloor with thinner ply admits likely osb currently.

When rates are low and there's a refi boom, the point gap between rates always gets thinner.
