I am sure you would have something to day about someone bending your rules.

I am a law abiding citizen, and dont bend the rules.

But the title insurance alone is dramatically lower from what I have paid on any of my properties and I have bought 7 total in my life time at this point.I did have one mortgage lender bend me over backwards like this now that I think about it..

I'm just up North Bend in Mt Airy.   

(But do NOT bend those limits lest you end up discriminating or being accused of discrimination. 

Perhaps you can bend a little more, but draw up a contract with stipulations stating that you can front him a portion of his money through the $750, but it will be deducted from the final amount owed once closing is complete.  

I have put my requirements in the ad, but people either don't read the ad or think that they're "special" and can bend the rules.

"I don't quite meet what's needed but I'll expect them to bend the rules for me as I'm such a great catch."

Sometimes HOAs fine you for breaking a rule, sometimes they will let you "buy" an exception to a rule, sometimes they will bend a rule.

They won't just bend over and cut a check.
