The reason why is that up until I got into BP and the REI world I didn't think we'd be able to buy a home here in the Bay anyway so I figured it'd be better to keep more cash liquid than beef up my income on my return.

I was fortunate enough not to spend a single $ on this transaction.Im considering investing down south too, at this time though Im trying to beef up a Canadian portfolio.

@BJ McKellar I  am currently aggressively paying down my mortgage in order to beef up my future cash flow options when converting to a rental.

I've made this change to beef up my lead generating ability, in order to, find the optimal deals.

Money can't be the answer, it is a by product. 

When you call the names, have a questionnaire ready to qualify them so you categorize them by product, price and area.Good luck!
