Do check ins every 6 months-check the furnace filter and batteries in the smoke detectors/CO detectors to make sure they are working.

@Leo R AriasI am assuming he is a licensed contractor and you have a contract that has a schedule in it.First you can file a complaint with the licensing board then terminate him for cause - but it will cost you 3x the $ probably to fix everythingYou have been too patient with this.
