Trust a kiln manufacturer to give me the safest specs on electricity?

My advice would be get some specific numbers on some type of specific specs.  

Just a very bad experience all around, so im just happy the insurance is covering the replacement of the property with internals built to same spec as original and im just gonna move on from there.. 

Wanted to see if anyone has any recommendations for a good builder that builds in South Fulton? 

We have 6 rentals, one spec currently for sale, and a few developed lots waiting to build on in a nice neighborhood.

Just look for a comp that is in similar condition with other similar specs like sqft or missing contingencies etc.

My guess is they were in a hurry and skipped the scan or they had a bad battery or some reason it didn't get picked up.
