Sometimes I see newer investors try to be to smart and talk to much, its ok to ask a lot of questions, just be authentic.

They’re amazing people with such authenticity and are always willing to help others.

I get regular updates, they even interview the Authentic Texas Oilman (tm).  

I have reviewed the Airbnb policies and they state that hosts generally cannot deny guests with service animals, but we also cannot request documentation to verify the authenticity.

I'm wondering what else people look for (Like certain accreditation from BBB) to help authenticate a hard money lender.

If that's an accurate description, then the very quaintness of the property will be an integral part of the appeal, and is what lends it it's authenticity.

I dont think the short term rental market will be strong as it was before but I definitely think the market will be less saturated which it had become prior to covid.Nevertheless, if you are in a good location, close to transit, and provide a comfy authentic home I think it is always going to do well. 

My personal opinion,  No its not authentic to waste anyone's time with BS bids. 

The bid amounts seem to start ridiculously low so that's what had me questioning the authenticity.
