Just keep a positive attitude

Unfortunately, we were not changing the attitudes or providing for better income and opportunity in the area.

Never thought of that. 2nd option probably won't happen due to doom and gloom attitudes of the undecided ... but that does seem like a better way.

The one thing I would advise as someone who has a RE license and has enough experience to know that people often price things wrong because for greed. the attitude that they dont want to give it away or all it takes is one person is often used.I only did a few deals just to learn the business but I can say I did my deals fast and clean for one reason.

While the rent was like clockwork and the tenant kept the house spotless, she had an entitlement attitude that was quite amazing.So on the plus side - consistent rent, and yes, rent increases every year.

First, I didn't come here for condescending attitudes just feedback.

:)I have noticed changes of several, not just in knowledge but in attitude and thier approach to the business.

However, I play-check, the attitude toward discounting.
