Morning coffee will be more personal, more accountability type group, less networking, more of situations where the attendees popcorn questions to the group and everyone answers together.The evening one will be heavy networking and 1 on 1 conversation with other attendees and also hearing from a guest speaker each month.

We do get a wide range of attendees but I can guarantee it wont be a waste of your time, if it is you can buy me a beer. 

If you choose to attend Black Diamond, you will generally always find one or two attendees from the Springfield area, but not many.
