Memphis, in my state, at the beginning of the COVID situation had a surprisingly large young population that got sick, but again it was the drug addicts and partying atmosphere that spread it and hit that population hard.I have a special needs baby who has medical appointments 3 to 5 times a week. 

I've lived in Providence for about three years and am always amazed by how quickly the atmosphere changes from street to street and many times even a few houses down from each other!

It works for me, but if you think you might benefit from a brokerage with an office and a water cooler type of atmosphere, the big boxes might be better, but note: they are not investor-friendly and the splits are worse.

I am fairly new to the investing world, but have the desire to be in an atmosphere where like minded people with similar goals support and connect with each other. 

Just straight information and super friendly atmosphere.

This atmosphere is slowly creeping out into the surrounding counties.

You get the young professional atmosphere w/ incredible walkability w/o as much riff raff as you get throughout the rest of downtown.

They have a ton of resources,a great learning atmosphere and community.

I can sure think of nicer places to be, but there is something about the people and laid back atmosphere that attracts me to it.
