Purchasing quality rehabbed properties in low income areas provides the income I require with the capital I am willing to risk.Those are some of the specific reasons I needed to abandon the local market to achieve my objectives.Regarding your assertion that "If that were true it would seem that Ohio and other Midwest similar markets would have more investors than they know what to do with while no of them would invest in New York.
