Looking for a good, reliable reasonably priced plumber, electrician and HVAC contractor that will work in Howard County, Maryland.Any recommendations/referrals are greatly appreciated!

It is actually held at an office they have on the far south side (6th & Howard) More infor at the DNS website.I plan to go as it is certainly an issue which I dread dealing with.

Grew up in Columbia and graduated from Howard High.

Howard County, to me, has been a stronger homeowner area than it has been a rental area, save for spots in Laurel and Elkridge.

Note that I haven't used them yet, so I also can't recommend them (consider this a referral), but they were at about $2400 for a 50' run of both new 1.5" water line and new 4" sewer line in Howard County.
