This is my first post after reading many forums on BP. As an Aussie investing in the US, I find the info and interaction very helpful. Thanks everyone for the input.

I'm finding the biggest property for us foreign investors is finding reliable and professional property management. I'm desperately in need of a recommendation for a reputable PM in Cleveland OH - W99th street area. Would really appreciate if any locals or Cleveland investors could help me out if they have had good experiences with any PMs. Thanks Gail

Thanks Sam, much appreciated. Yes, I have Howard Hanna on my shortlist - talking to Jared Zak, Director of Property Management for the Cleveland office. We're on the west side so may be out of Paul's area on the east (just googled) but will get in touch with him. Also chatting with Brett Stone of Real Estate Pros and Barb Mattis of Keller Williams.
