I'm looking for real concrete numbers that wholesalers around the country have actually tracked to generate their success ratio.I will define success ratio as contracts signed to appointments booked. 

Within the records there should be a sheet appointing an Executor/Executrix/Personal Representative (these are all pretty much interchangeable).

Then these notes were assigned, or re-assigned, or appointed servicers, and all the while actually becoming part of Residential Mortgage Backed Securities package deals. 

Do you think walk-in's would be useful or would I need an appointment.

Should I ask the daughter to appoint me as executor of the estate in order to let me deal with the court in addition to a quit claim deed or be going another route entirely?

Given I plan on doing a lot of traveling at the same time, I'll probably end up need a property manager running most things (incl. finding tenants).I'm of course going to do more internet searching for a lot of this information and continue doing more research around here over the next couple weeks, but if there's any immediate 'gotchas' I should be watching for or things I should get rolling now because they take time (e.g. setting up appointments to see places, getting mortgages pre-approved).
