Do you know anywhere on the internet I can find something to inform me on the paperwork process of wholesaling a property with a quitclaim deed that one received from the county paying the taxes owed? 

It took us thirteen years to get to the point where both of us could quit our W-2 jobs, or at least substitute our jobs with work we do to support our real estate investing.Yesterday I cleaned out my palm sander, sanded down a door with 220-grit that I had primed the day before, arranged to meet my agent at a property we're about to put on the market, primed a doorframe, read about personal finance for two hours, put together a shelving unit, dealt with a tenant over an electrical and cable internet shutdown.

So, you should either join a local investment group where you can ask questions and learn from more experienced DIY landlords or be disciplined enough to search here on BP and the internet in general to learn what you need to know.

What’s changed is how quickly and widespread the internet has enabled the dispensing of information to be.  

Who will be your internet service provider and their current costs?

I have not set up internet or any other utilities, as there have been no tenants living in the property since I closed in late February. 

So, as a technology entrepreneur, I got to wondering if there's a way to research, acquire, and manage my deals more easily using the power of artificial intelligence (AI) or some other internet software.I have an idea of what I think I need to build, but before I build it, I would appreciate some feedback from this community: What's the hardest (or most frustrating) part of real estate investing for you?

Its all over the internet, so easy to find. 

And doing it on the internet is crazy.. granted some good CpAs have chimed in.. but you need to spend some money and get these answers from an attorney who specializes in these and then a CPA who understands how to set this up as well.at least IMHO.. pay for top notch advice it will be worth it in the long run. 

And I agree with that statement. your second comment on Collusion is not cool and is illegal.. that's all I was pointing out.. you never stated you did this personally and you would be foolish to do so on the internet :).And there are TON of beginners here on BP they read your post the next thing you know there down at the sale trying to collude thinking its easy money ..
