That to me is the clearest indication that one should either start to pump the brakes on new syndicated investments or truly ramp up their due diligence with high levels of skepticism and standards.

I prefer to have a professional Airbnb Host rent my place I know he will clean the place every day/week, he will keep it all the TIME photo clean, because if it's not sparkling clean then he will get bad reviews, something brakes like a lightbulb or the toilet is clogged he will take care off it on his own with out bothering me, having 3-5 guys in you place, is less Wear and tear than a 3-5 regular family staying there.

I took it in for annual check up one time but now they don't even recommend those its just as needed which is basically rotate the tires check brake fluid and windshield wiper fluid..
