Do a good job interviewing them because sometimes Realtors will say they are investor friendly when in reality they are just using that as an advertising ploy.

They have made a lot of false advertising claims that their contract you sign with the program specifically negates so you cannot sue for any reason.

Need someone with experience and boots on the ground to manage the process: advertise, show, vet buyers, manage closing paperwork.
