Our experience has been that MTR residents do not book way in advance of their travel and they want to see great pictures, so being pro-active won't be as big a deal as you might expect.

Don't need a ton of pictures but I want to get a decent idea of the location and condition.So basically you dont want your customer to know it look dumpy until they show up.....I can understand the safety from people looking for vacant houses.... then anyone selling a house better take all of their outside pictures off their listing

I wonder how many investors actually background their GP other than google search's.back in the day when I had my HML in Oakland it was definitely a violation to advance payments for borrowers on loans that have investor monies into..

By doing my homework, such as studying up on the Colorado contract and filling it out myself in advance of working with the attorney, asking questions of the attorney as a last resort after searching for information to the best of my ability, and clarifying my questions and sending any questions in an email, I was able to minimize time and pay less.
