Hi @Mary Mitchell, The three (3) property rule is by far the most common identification rule used, and it limits you to three (3) properties total for the entire 1031 Exchange (not per relinquished property). 

The list contains an identification number that I can plug into the county tax website and search out what the actual property address is, however it is not feasible to do all 3600 like that.  

Because you've owned that land for a period of time and have not changed it's nature other than legal entitlement and identification I don't think you'd be tagged as creating inventory.So there's some options for you to pursue.
