In terms of protecting yourself from a depression, very similar: Have enough food to get by for a few months, medical supplies, good support system (nothing trumps family), guns (protection is key), and enough cash for emergencies. 

I expect this move coming within days. 30 day holiday, with wage replacement, trump checks, stays for rents, mortages, taxes, etc.

With the $1,000 payment Trump has been entertaining, I wonder if that will help anyone who did not have enough of a deposit saved and is not directly impacted by coronavirus to move (especially in the lower income markets), similar to tax returns boosting move ins.
