When I wake up and When I go to sleep.

I will be moving from Texas with my family (wife, son and dog) come December.- while in school, I will not be able to work, so no income and my wife is a stay at home mom. - I am considering selling a few if not all (just 4) of my properties here in TX (I would hope to walk away with about $150k+). - I will be in school full time for 3 years along with clinicals in and around Nashville. 

I know I wouldn't want my kids or my parents living with me, but I don't want anyone living with me outside of my wife and my dog 😜

With an HOA fee of $275mnth thrown on top, which is ROI for that as we get everything exterior covered 100% including lawn, snow, private dog park, hazard insurance, private playground etc.. 

I've only ever had one person leave owing any money, and that was due to dog damage.

Zero dog in the fight but I know they have very experienced people running their self storage division and are buying themselves to my knowledge.

Much of real estate investing is being able to sleep at night and I imagine that's very difficult to do if you're worrying about if your $X00,000 beach house still has a roof the day after a Cat 5 blew threw and a Cat 3 pending the following week.   

Yeah, service animals are required to be allowed and people sneak pooches in sometimes.We allow dogs so it isn't an issue but I wonder if there is way to disallow all animals to support the super allergic folks.

It's not flashy, our growth is slow, but I sleep great at night.
