We've halted all non-essential maintenance on our properties given that Seattle and Tacoma are pretty much on quarantine lock-down.

I think it is going to be a hard sell, until we are out of quarantine because revenue has temporarily dipped. 

As of now, I am at home in Orlando for the next few months in quarantine from the virus.
