I decided that I was going to go back to school, finish up my Law Enforcement degree, become a police officer, make more money and pay off my debt. 

There are exceptions, of course (one extremely notable one), on both sides - however the real talent that builds value is by the numbers, somewhere else.I've had some anecdotal experience with very dysfunctional policing, and societal expectations that are not inclusive, and do not value a policy framework that fixes the below:Rampant non sustainable 'pockets' of extreme generational poverty, irreversible income and wealth disparities. 

There are so few police officers that a busy Cleveland Police Dept has to cover them. 

My buddy and I may have found a diamond and all we needed to do is solve a few people's problems and polish it up.

I tell PotentIal tenants it’s usually quiet unless of coarse a gun goes off In a drIve by or the police are arresting someone with their sirens on .i also tell them it’s just a short walk down down the lItter lIned street to our frIendly liquor store and there’s a charmIng little ma and pa corner store that sells cigarettes ,rolling papers, and lotto tickets - all the essentials.

I'm waiting to talk to a local police officer, who isn't bound by real estate agent law, and can answer questions about the area.I realize this area will command a lesser tenant.
