-What about the KBG tactics employed by law enforcement to infringe on privacy and harass people at their homes?

I plan on being an agent one day, what are some tactics you would give to someone who wants to invest and be an agent as well?  

I am trying a different tactic than the MLS.

So don't fall for the scare tactics or anything that anyone tells you.

Diversion tactics, ftw!

Unless you are using it as an initial negotiation tactic (all cash, no inspection kind of offer), I don’t see why you would want to set any limit up front.

If they've moved you're out that tactic.
